Government Graduate College for Women, Wapda Town Lahore, proudly marks a significant milestone in its journey of academic excellence.
On 16 April 2026, the college officially launched its website and digital library, reflecting its commitment to embracing modern educational practices and enhancing access to knowledge.
The inauguration ceremony was honored by the presence of Mr. Tajamul Abbas Rana (Special Secretary, Higher Education Department), along with distinguished guests including Syed Irtaza Naqvi (Additional DPI Colleges Punjab), Dr. Syed Ansar Azhar (Director Public Instruction Colleges Punjab), Dr. Rabia Akhtar (Deputy Director Budget, Directorate Lahore), and Ms. Mehwish Azhar (Additional Secretary, Higher Education Department) and Mr Naeem Iqbal Awam (Deputy Director( Admin ) Directorate Lahore and lastly Mrs . Khoula Masood( Assistant Director Directorate of Colleges lahore)
